PostureAI

Clinical-grade posture analysis should not cost $7,000.

And it should not require you to leave the exam room to use it.

Why we built this

Two options dominated chiropractic posture analysis: $7,000 hardware scanners that were accurate but tethered to a single room, and $25/month 2D phone apps that were portable but too imprecise to drive treatment decisions.

The hardware lived in a closet because no practice could justify moving it. The 2D apps were quietly unused because DCs did not trust the numbers. Patients paid for the gap: muddled consults, low case acceptance, and progress tracking reduced to clinical-impression paragraphs.

PostureAI is built to be both clinically rigorous and phone-portable. We use multi-view 3D reconstruction — not a single-photo gimmick — so each angle is measured from multiple viewpoints rather than inferred from a single photo. Formal validation against marker-based reference systems is in progress.

Who we are

A small team of computer-vision engineers, clinicians, and product designers. We interviewed 40+ chiropractors before writing the first line of production code. Every feature you see exists because someone told us it had to.

What we believe

  • Clinical decisions need quantified data. "Looks a bit forward" is not a measurement.
  • Software should replace hardware when it can. Phones are more powerful than the chips inside most scanners we replaced.
  • Pricing should be honest. No per-seat, no per-scan, no surprise overage bills. One price for the whole practice.
  • HIPAA is a baseline, not a marketing checkbox. Encryption at rest, TLS in transit, full audit logging, BAA available from day one.
